We build the candidate pipeline, complete all screening calls (1st interview), and serve as a partner throughout the entire process. You let us know how to submit qualified candidates. Collaborative check points are set throughout the process to refine submissions. Clients can expect 2-4 qualified and interested candidates per week until role is filled.


EFFECT Dedicated

Our team will work to source, screen, and handle the process of scheduling interviews aligned with your internal expectations. We take the candidates though the entire process inclusive of the offer in partnership with your team. You can expect weekly sync calls to encourage collaboration and ensure progress.


EFFECT Partner

Your senior recruiter will blend right in with your team. They screen all candidates & outline the role with excitement and accuracy. You can expect our team to handle 2nd and 3rd level interviews. We suggest that the final interviews be completed with both parties present while we will handle the extension of offers and salary/benefit negotiation on your behalf.
